Where we ship We currently ship within the United States. 

Processing time Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days after processing. Total time = processing + transit. High-demand periods may add a few days.

Shipping cost Free standard shipping on all US orders.

Tracking Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also reach us at support@getfloppyfish.com to track your order.

Delays Occasionally carriers or high demand cause delays outside our control. If your order is significantly late, email support@getfloppyfish.com and we'll help.

Lost or stolen packages If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors/household and your local carrier, then contact us — we'll do our best to help resolve it.

Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered it incorrectly, email us within 24 hours and we'll try to update it before it ships.
